Release of Liability

Human Design Interpretation is a service that provides structured information to specific individuals and/or groups according to the Human Design System and the original teachings of Ra Uru Hu. The client is aware that Human Design Interpretation is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice. Ryan Hanna will not be liable legally or otherwise for the actions the client may or may not undertake as a result of Human Design Interpretation services. No assumption of responsibility is made, or given, and the client requesting such Human Design Interpretation services agrees not to hold Ryan Hanna (Provider) responsible or liable in any form or fashion for such actions taken of their own accord, especially those as a result of information provided by Human Design Interpretation services. The method and process by which Human Design Interpretation services are given, in no manner whatsoever written or verbal, constitutes an agreement or liability on the part of the Provider and is acknowledged to be different in many ways than clinical and medical counseling. Human Design Interpretation is in no manner whatsoever intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, psychological disorder, or other health related symptoms.

You (the client) agree that using any of these Human Design Interpretation services are entirely at your own risk. Human Design Interpretation services are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information services, coaching, uninterrupted access, or products and services provided through or in connection with the service. Human Design Interpretation services are requested at the client's own choice and with inherent singular responsibility. Any actions or lack of actions, taken by the client of such advice is done so solely by choice and responsibility of the client and is neither the responsibility nor liability of Ryan Hanna (Provider). The client takes full responsibility in the decisions they make after receiving Human Design Interpretation services as well as the consequences. The client enters into Human Design Analysis services with full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results and utilizing the information provided according to their own unique circumstances and needs. In no event shall Ryan Hanna (Provider) be liable for any incident or consequential damages either personal or material resulting from the use of the information provided by Human Design Interpretation services.

Digital Item Policy

All digital products will be created manually and sent to you ASAP via the email address you provide us.

Please note that due to our current processing capacities, we may at times require more than 1 week (5 business days) to complete your interpretation report or personalized course.

All other reports that do not require professional interpretation will typically be delivered within 24 hours.

Return Policy

All products are final sale.

If there has been an error made in any data provided by a customer, that is necessary for the creation of a product or service, please contact us at: support@livemydesign.com and we will help to resolve the issue.

Cancellation Policy


Thank you for choosing LiveMyDesign for your human design reading services. We value your business and are committed to delivering personalized, custom services that cater to your unique needs. In order to maintain the integrity of our services and to serve all of our clients with the highest degree of professionalism, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancel 48 hours before start of meeting.

No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been purchased and work has begun to create it. Each reading is tailored specifically to the individual client, requiring time, effort, and resources.

 

Communication: If there are any concerns, questions, or specific circumstances surrounding your appointment, we kindly request that you reach out to us directly. We are here to assist and discuss details on a case-by-case basis.

 

Feedback: We continuously aim to improve our services and customer experience. If there's any way we can serve you better or if you have suggestions, please don’t hesitate to share your feedback with us.
